Once it was occupied by a family of three which cannot afford the ridiculous rental price of the downtown. They live on the upper floor and they set up the ground floor as a fast food shop. I have always liked birds, since the day I heard of those fantastic creatures that could soar through the skies. Normally, I can only see most of them in books and on television, or the ordinary ones flying around Hong Kong. Last Friday, I eventually had a chance to see many different species of birds. I was thrilled when my class teacher told me that my class would go on a school trip to the Aviary and Bird Lake of Kowloon Park. After a short bus ride, we arrived at the gates of the Kowloon Park. It was not long before we reached the aviary. There were over 1000 birds of all species, sizes and colours from around the world flying overhead of us. We made a beeline to the viewing cone. My family consists of four members. My mother is a housewife and my father is a  stock market investor. My grandmother is also staying with us. She is a sweet old lady. The bus disgorged some people but swallowed more. I couldn't sit still as my excitement rushed through my veins. My parents were bringing me on a trip to Ocean Park! Jack is an ordinary boy. He went to school daily just like all the other students. Nevertheless everyone else treated him differently. They never let him join in the games they played during recess. Yesterday was the big day of my school's Chinese Chess Competition. The invited chess players made a beeline entering the school hall for the competition. When I reached the hall, the competition was about to start. My competitor assigned was Jack. We were both at Chinese Chess Level 17. My first experience of setting up a computer is unforgettable. On that day, I was so thrilled that cannot sit still. I was waiting for the new computer that my dad bought for me.
